Vessel Workshop

Vessel Workshop bags are made in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Designed in collaboration with messengers from all over the world. Crafted with waterproof, military-grade materials, including our select buckles, which hold over 4,000 pounds. When making our bags, we're doing more than just sewing a pack to strap over your shoulder. A Vessel Workshop bag is something you can rely on, day in day out.

CARE FOR BAG

Bags can be cleaned in a large washing machine, and hung to dry, use a fan to speed up dry time.  You can also hand wash your bag in a tub, or with a hose.  Spot-treat the bag using a mild detergent and non-abrasive brush, or sponge.

SHIPPING

International shipping methods vary depending on weight and destination.

Most products are usually in stock, and ship within 1-2 business days.  Production times may take approximately 1-6 weeks to re-stock, if the product is sold out.  If you have concerns regarding the timing of an order, please email the shop prior to placing your order.

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

If you have a concern regarding the construction of your bag, please contact us immediately!

Your purchase is protected by the Vessel Workshop Warranty.  All products made by Vessel Workshop LLC are warrantied against defects in workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase.  We will repair or replace the bag for free, if an item is found to be defective in workmanship.  This does not cover any reasonable, or excessive wear and tear.  The warranty goes into effect from the date of original purchase, and applies to the original owner only.  No refunds will be given if the customer has simply changed his or her mind.

If you have need for repair outside the warranty date, we will be glad to assist for a very low cost, and sometimes free of charge for simple repairs!  Please contact us immediately with your concerns.
